Products may be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
All returned products must be in 100% unused condition and in their original packaging. Any sign of wear could result in a rejection of acceptance of the item.
We cannot accept returns for the following items: Body Armor, First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets), any special order items, or seasonal items.
RETURNS: Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase and a note on reason for return. Shipping charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there are no defects of the product. If your product is found to have a legitimate manufacturer’s defect, your shipping costs will be refunded, and or applied towards your exchange. SEE BELOW FOR CONTINUED RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
EXCHANGES: If you need a different size or want to exchange an item for a valid and productive reason, please fill out the contact form below with an explanation and we will be happy to send you a pre-paid shipping label to get the product back to us. Once we receive the item, we will ship out the new and requested items ASAP. Please note and to be sure that you have an active CRUSH EVERYTHING account on our website with your most up to date information to ensure accuracy on our shipping addresses and contact info.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Crush Everything is not directly responsible for stolen packages once it has been delivered. Please see our “Tips” list below to help you better avoid package theft.
Tips for avoiding package theft:
- Have your package delivered to your work.
- Have your package delivered to the home of a relative or friend that you know will be home.
- Have your package held at your local post office for pickup.
- Request that your package has signature confirmation upon delivery in your order notes.
- Ask your carrier to place package in an area out of plain view.
- Use a doorbell camera or security camera
- Be sure to check your tracking updates so you are aware of when your package is going to be delivered.
Lost packages will be reported to the shipping carrier by Crush Everything and a claim filed. At the conclusion of the carrier investigation USPS, UPS or FedEx, a decision will be made on how to proceed. In most cases, if your package was lost by the shipping carrier, we will replace your gear once an official determination is made by the carrier that your package was indeed lost.
ONLINE COURSES AND PDF RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these products we do not offer returns on any online digital product.
