MAGNACUT Steel is known for its anti-corrosive properties. Not only is it already impervious to corrosion we decided to coat it just to add a secondary layer of protection. After coating them we then send them back to sharpening to ensure it has the sharpest edge on it unaffected by the coating layers. Toughness is never in question with the SMR and its excellent edge retention will ensure you’re razor sharp for every use!

The last detail to note is that after the Armor Lube Coating process, we then re sharpen the blade to take off the very thick and durable coating on the blade edge to ensure you get the sharpest blade possible. And the best part is that underneath the coating you still have a very resilient Magnacut Steel edge that by itself holds up extremely well to Salt environments giving you the best performance and best of both worlds. It’s a bottle opener when you want it to be, and a blade when you need it to be! The SMR Blade can be easily carried wearing minimal clothing and without drawing unwanted attention. We have done extensive testing to ensure the ergonomics of the pry tool did not interfere with full body weight striking and aggressive angles while training.
