Dynamis Lab is an initiative within Dynamis R&D that allows our dedicated users an opportunity to be involved in blade/gear design and material improvements. These will be exclusive and limited launches that may or may not ever return.

Only 101 of these 17-4 Stainless Steel Combat Flatheads will be produced for the initial Dynamis Lab launch—making each piece a rare fusion of combat-inspired design, elite engineering, and collector-level exclusivity.

Crafted from 17-4 stainless steel, a precipitation-hardening martensitic alloy renowned for its exceptional strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance, the Combat Flathead stands ready for the harshest environments. This premium alloy is trusted across aerospace, marine, chemical, and medical industries for its durability and mechanical performance—especially in aggressive conditions.

The handle is designed for maximum grip and minimum signature. Comfort, Texture, Ergonomics, impact, and prying were all part of the development of the handle. Our goal was to keep it comfortable enough to carry every single day without worrying about any discomfort while maximizing the grip function. Each jumping point was strategically placed to grab and put it to work with max effect.

We were tired of our blades and gear rusting in the salt water. NEPT-X is a unique and proprietary, jet black coating that creates an extremely corrosive resistant protection, built for use in saltwater environments. Developed through years of rigorous testing in cooperation with F-1 consulting. The NEPT-X coating meets our Tier-1 standards and will significantly extend the life of the tool.
