Blade Work 1 is the beginning of your journey to master your blade skills. Get REPS in with Navy SEAL Dom Raso and learn about MIND-SET, How to carry, how to draw the blade, and basic blade striking.
By the end of this course, you will have set a critical foundation of understanding how to carry and deploy your blade. I will walk you through a progression that will give you the skills you need to know when and how to draw. The principles you will learn in this video can be taken with you anywhere and set you up for success by increasing your overall blade skills and awareness. We recommend this course to anyone who carries a blade or who is interested in developing skills in Blade Work.
